The Cyberster will mark the inaugural MG product offered through the Select premium retail network.
MG confirms the India launch of the Cyberster electric sports car in January 2025. Following its March showcase, this model will be distributed via the premium MG Select retail network.
1. The Cyberster will be available for sale as a fully imported vehicle.
2. Two electric powertrain options will be offered.
3. The Mifa MPV will be added to the selection at designated dealerships at a later date.

JSW MG Motor India recently launched MG Select, a premium retail channel, with the Cyberster as its inaugural offering. The nationwide rollout will commence with twelve Select experience centers, with further expansion planned.
The Cyberster, initially unveiled as a concept in 2021, made its official debut at the 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed. This born-electric vehicle boasts dimensions of 4,533mm in length, 1,912mm in width, and 1,328mm in height, complemented by a 2,689mm wheelbase.
The electric sports car is available in numerous international markets and offers two powertrain configurations. The base model features a single 308hp rear-mounted motor, a 64kWh battery, and a projected range of 520km. The top-of-the-line Cyberster model boasts a 77kWh battery pack, a CLTC-rated range of 580km, and a dual-motor powertrain delivering a combined 544hp and 725Nm of torque.
The Cyberster will be introduced to the Indian market as a fully built-up unit. The specific powertrain configuration offered by JSW MG Motor India remains undetermined. This launch will be followed by the introduction of the Mifa electric MPV.
The anticipated ex-showroom price range for the MG Cyberster is ₹50-60 lakh. While its electric sports car classification ensures a lack of direct market competitors, this pricing positions it alongside the BYD Seal, Hyundai Ioniq 5, and Kia EV6.
